Bold of you to assume GAB will still be a thing in 2022
ghostofapu · 26-30, M
@Elessar It will be because these sites are growing as Twitter and Facebook offer NO free speech
Elessar · 26-30, M
@ghostofapu Again with this nonsense. 🧠🧼

Private property (which Facebook, Twitter and also GAB all are) can impose terms of service that can be stricter than the national regulation, like it or not. If you post p.rn on YouTube it gets deleted, even if p.rnography is legal, would you argue about freedom of expression?

Besides, terrorist movements such as jihadism and Q-shit are reasonably suppressed once they result in real-life damage.
ghostofapu · 26-30, M
@Elessar They may be able to do it but when you silence free speech that makes them nazis
ozgirl512 · 26-30, F
@ghostofapu my understanding was that they offered free speech that wasn't designed to cause harm to others..... Are you saying your speech will do that?
Elessar · 26-30, M
@ghostofapu Not really, that's not how it works. By your logics they should should allow jihadists organize and plan on their platforms because prohibiting them to do so would violate their freedom of expression. It makes no sense and you'd be the first to be pìssed off about it, realize that your cult is now recognized just as dangerous (since Jan 6th especially).
spjennifer · 56-60, T
@ghostofapu But don't you realize that allowing totally free speech on those platforms would allow real "Nazi's" to say whatever the hell they wanted on those said platforms? You rail against them and call them "Nazi's" but it sounds like you would support real Nazi's spewing their crap. Freedom of speech isn't just a right, it's a privilege that must be sensibly applied. Would you also allow child pornography on those platforms? because that is Freedom of expression too?
Elessar · 26-30, M
@spjennifer They aren't concerned about Nazis, but they are about Jihadis. The moment they'd see them going rampant they'd ask for much stricter regulations than the ones that are already in place.
spjennifer · 56-60, T
@Elessar They're too ignorant to realize that Nazis and Jihadists are essentially the same thing with a different name.
SteelHands · 61-69, M
@spjennifer You don't get to pick up a term like that and falsely thrust it at people you don't like for an argument win.

You lost the privilege of pinning nazi's when you pointed at concentration camp survivors children and other orthodox people.

So take your eatchitbarkmoon censorship nonsense and file it back under mussolini's failure to add 2+2, ya cocksure little shit. 579 million of us aren't taking your shit no more and that's a low estimate because we're growing fast.

@spjennifer More than half of the U.S. pop voted against Trump and even if the totality of it supported him they'd still be 330mln. Outside of the U.S. with the exception of some banana dictatorship, Trump is even less popular, so I've no idea honestly where those numbers are from and above all how they could grow (actually, since Jan 6th, even ex-allies are taking distances from the cult).
