Yet It was best we broke up since he couldn't trust me enough to set boundaries, instead decided to break up cause it was the one way he felt he was putting his foot down. So it was the best since he felt he couldn't trust me to the point where breaking it off was the only way he could feel secure. What use is dating someone if you can't be confident that you can set appropriate boundaries?That you can trust them. It's like worrying if your partner is cheating all the time. Its not a relationship.
I decided I need someone who won't run away, but can instead set boundaries, be upfront, and who isn't afraid to tell me when I do something that upsets them. He couldn't set appropriate boundaries tho.
Instead of telling me it upset him he instead chose to suck it up and kept silent until he decided to break things off so lmao.
We really needed to set boundaries. Yes, maybe I broke his trust. But the first time I had consensual sex with him doesn't even count as consensual since I was drunk and passed out. I don't remember shit. So like we hurt each other. Then the dude took off after saying he was gonna still be my best friend and was gonna be there for me after I miscarried but he took off less than a week after the miscarriage馃槖I want a reliable partner.He said he would have been there for me even if I were still pregnant and yet he couldn't be there for me when I was grieving even as a friend.
Sad that the one person who was there for me was the dude I dumped in order to date this guy.It wasn't even the dude's baby.
