On top of people leaving trash my older brother keeps trashing my room and wont clean it up because his wrist hurts

He has tendonitis in his left hand because he plays video games all day long essentially and since our room is connected he keeps coming into mine to get stuff. We each have a Guinea pig and the hay is in my room. He keeps dropping hay everywhere and wont clean it up because his wrist. He will drop chips or whatever else in my room and won't clean it up.

I'm tired of fighting him over it. Like when I hit my knee super hard off the tv stand and it was messed up for awhile he just said oh you were drunk it's your fault but can you help haul in groceries. No I can't walk and then he'd call me lazy and tell me to do it anyway when I physically couldnt. Heaven forbid he does anything
