I think everything has context. Communally in a shower at a swimming pool (back when they were open!)? Absolutely fine. With friends on a sleepover while you put pjs on? Sure.
around the town....not so much. I think when 'flesh' becomes, in context, immodesty, because it develops a sexual element, then it is mor problematic.
