@MasterLee No they don't include it in murders. It's included in gun deaths, not gun murders. And then it's not about making numbers seem higher, it's about the actual numbers of gun deaths.

@Abstraction Depends on the coroner, city and state you are in. I have seen suicides listed as gun deaths by some coroners. I would be willing to bet that some liberal controlled cities that suicides by gun are listed as gun deaths / gun violence so they can ramp up the anti-gun issue.

@acpguy What you just said is that when someone commits suicide with a gun, it's listed as a gun death. Well, that's completely correct and accurate. It's certainly not heart attack. Examine the statistics - they are then separated into homicide and suicide. There are people who die in 'traffic-related deaths' that deliberately drive into a tree. No-one is trying to ramp up traffic accident statistics. That's just how the statistics are done.

@Abstraction No stupid. When you take your your own life it is suicide whether by pills, rope, car, knife or gun. They do not have lists of death by rope as when a gay idiot does themself in like they do for guns when they list suicides.

Where did you get your brains and reading comprehension abilities. Liberals just like to condemn guns but they do not pills or injections.

Let's look at the actual statistics. Here's a sample -

What is the heading? Is it 'murders by gun'? No, it's 'firearm-related death rate'.

You'll find the headings inside -
TOTAL. HOMICIDE. SUICIDE. UNINTENTIONAL. UNDETERMINED.

So there's no liberal plot here. Just statistics.
