What's something you don't like about SW?

Someone calling me her favourite friend has me blocked. I just noticed it. Lol. No reason, no warning.
I've never had such shit going on in any other area of my life.

Probably just the fact that it isn't EP, which SW is supposed to be replacing. I get that it's not going to be identical since it is a different site, but I think they should strive to make it more similar. I dislike the lack of focus on experience groups that EP had. SW just kind of allows anyone to post anything anywhere, and the group where it's posted is nearly irrelevant. The name of the group is just in tiny text in the bottom right, and anyone can see what you posted, whether you're in the group or not. At EP, only people in that group could see what you posted, which encouraged a stronger focus on groups, which in turn fostered a stronger sense of community based on common interests and experiences.

@RopinTexan Exactly.

@RopinTexan Yes! You worded my thoughts on this much better than I could have. Putting everything on one page, waters down the idea of like minded groups, defeating the initial purpose of the groups.
Encouraging stronger focus on each group.

@forty7seventy4 I've found that even Facebook does a better job of this. When you post something in a FB group and someone comments, you get a notification, and then it takes you straight to the group.

It's pretty bad when a huge social media corporation becomes higher quality than a *supposed* small community like SW.

I couldn't agree more.
Especially that nonuser friendly social media corporation.
So true.@RopinTexan

@RopinTexan I agree. The focus on subject matter led to in depth explorations of subjects and experiences and deeper connections between people with shared experiences or opinions on EP. The lack of focus here has led to most conversations being simple and shallow and there is no feeling of connectivity to others. This could possibly be why there appears to be more trolling and unpleasantness here too. I found EP to be a very supportive place where you could help others or find help and support for anything from deep emotional problems and spiritual questions to gardening tips. There seemed to be a lot more maturity on EP, again possibly due to the focus on subjects attracting those with a deep interest in or curiosity about the topic that's sadly lacking here.

@RopinTexan I miss EP a lot. This is shite by comparison. For all of the above reasons
