It didn't feel as bad yesterday but now my body hurts a lot after my fall on the ice

My right shoulder is stiff and hurts above my left hip bone hurts. My right arm feels stiff around my elbow area and my wrist still hurts.

hope you heal up quick, maybe a hot bath in Epsom salts. The last time I fell hard was after a rain and it was on concrete, my whole body ached bad that day and the next.

@cherokeepatti I did take a long hot shower yesterday which seemed to help

@SStarfish It is scary because it happens so suddenly and you don't have time to react
