Does some happy relationships make the couple gain weight?

I mean people do gain weight but that doesn’t mean we should stop caring about our bodies.
I never wanna get fat, well I just don’t want to. I’m 5’0 and 100lbs. I’ll probably get to 110lbs to put one some weight a bit but not more than that. I do have curves but I wish they were bigger. I refuse to put on weight.

I’ve read that people typically gain 1.5 lbs per year after 30. It’s higher in the USA. If you develop good habits and a good relationship with food you don’t ever need to be fat.

Yes, it's definitely a thing. Not guaranteed of course. In my case I was big already so the odds were probably against my partner for her remaining slim 🙃

The best kind of relationship gets you healthier, the active kind, like hiking and swimming and walking together
