Do you hate the job application process?

They make you do a ridiculously long assessment then never reply back or send you a sorry note. 🙄 You have to be a genius to get your resume considered and looked at. That is why I don’t apply for jobs and stayed at my lousy one. Applying for jobs causes me stress and irritation.

Very very much. They set the standard so high and yet with unpleasant performance.

I mean if the candidates they picked are really good, their perfomance must be good. But.... I don't know what kind of standard they want actually.
