I think so, sometimes though it seems like it goes the other way around a lot more.
A lot of men (and this is likely to sound bad but is true) would take a younger, dumber female because she is eye candy over a mature, intelligent female that may have flaws.
(NOT implying all younger females are dumb, so please no attacks:))

Some men I am sure but because men are visually attracted the most, looks always win out.

This is so true. Especially when they get divorced from their wife to go out with a younger woman. Must be the age crisis.
