Day 1 diet. Good so far

For breakfast I had 1 cup of special K cereal, didn't drink the milk.

Lunch I'm having a sandwich with low cal bread, strawberries, blueberries, and some carrots with 1 tbs of ranch. Total calories so far 380 is.

For dinner I plan on rice, chicken and broccoli or corn with a side of a small salad.

Before bed 1 apple and cup of hot tea.
All good except milk is good for you.
