Sorry to my friends on here for not sticking around, still nursing a bad back after a second seizure did it in again. On pain meds and bed rest. Actually trying to listen THIS time and not muck it up again. So I hope you're all doing great, will pop in and out when able.

@LadyJ I'm so glad it helped. I'm alright, still nursing my back but getting antsy. Want to hop back on my stationary bike, but was advised by those that say they know better to stay off. :( I might actually listen this time. Have too many that might get mad at me if I mess it up again. lol
@LadyJ :( Feel like pouting like a 4 yr old. lol But I won't. You're right and I am really trying. Just so hard to be laid up like this, though the longer I behave, the faster I'll heal and then I can bug everyone as much as possible. 😅
