Okay, I started seeing the emojis ya posted and they were shaking. I couldn't tell if that was normal or if I'm flaring up again.

That's a controllable excitation :p
Try meditating right now, and follow the nose breathing technique. They are proven to reduce overall action potentials in ur head which can cause the moving emojis
