Have you ever fallen through the ice before?

I remember when I was like 6 my mom took me over to this strangers house so they could get high. The guys daughter was around the same age as me and we decided that we should go exploring outside. I fell in this big frozen lake. If she wasn't there to pull me out I probably would have died. When we got back to the house my mom was annoyed/embarrassed with me and I had to sit there in my wet clothes freezing. Being cold is the worst feeling in the worlddd ❄️

Yes, when I was very young, maybe 7 years old.
I and three of my brothers were out on a cold winter day exploring an abandoned property a few miles from home on the edge of a hay field, there was an old well on the site, ringed with stone about tree feet high..
For whatever reason I climbed into it and the water level was even with the ground and frozen over but the ice broke and I fell in up to my neck.. my oldest brother quickly pulled me out but i was soaked and freezing so he made a fire to dry my clothes..
I took everything off and my brothers took turns letting me wear their coats. We were terrified of what my mother would do if she found out, wich she never did.
We told her the story ten years or more later

I’ve never done that. But I’m pretty sure it would scare the daylight out of me. I hate the cold.

Yes... I work on pools for a living and I fell in a pool in February... completely submerged in the deep end... I got out so quickly... my wallet never got wet on the inside

Not really deep. I stepped through thin ice when I young. From my foot to below my knee

That's awful, I hope you didn't get sick 😥

Yeah, thankfully never in a dangerous situation. Just on creeks and shit like that. I'd never go out on a lake or river with questionable ice.
