What kind of mineral would this be? I find geodes, agate and other neat rocks at this creek in Illinois

But these 2 rocks I have found is still a mystery of what the name for them would be. One has small maroon, cube crystals, but not the see through kind. It looks painted on with matte, not shiny. It's on a white rock. Then there's one like that, but the cubes are just the color of a plain rock
