Why don't people ever condemn the driver who set off the road rager?

@DeWayfarer Excuses are made every day. If it weren't for excuses, you wouldn't do half the things you do. "I need to go buy doughnuts" is an excuse to operate a 3,000lb vehicle and risk killing someone. But you still do it. There's nothing inherently wrong with excuses.
