Why don't people ever condemn the driver who set off the road rager?

When I hear about someone getting shot at in traffic or run off the road, I just think, "Maybe they deserved it" lol.

It is interesting how people who engage in provocative behavior rarely if ever are socially condemned but those who don't accommodate it are viewed as lacking self-control. Russell Crowe's "Unhinged" was a great film about this very issue.
