@Adstar ...I have to ask. Are the rumors about about large some creatures are.. down there truth?
Adstar · 56-60, M
@Curiousguy833 Well thinking of large creatures in Australia.. Larger then most counterparts in the world..

The Estuarine Crocodile.
The Buffalo.
The white pointer sharks.
The king brown snakes.
The wedge tail eagle.

Not sure if i remember any other larger then normal animals.. Maybe you have heard of one or two?
Curiousguy833 · 31-35, M
@Adstar I... I.. don’t know!

One more question. Are you telling me that average people can run into that on any day??? Or lol are you saying that.. there is a rural place where giant weird congregate? I don’t live in Australia

At this point am just trying to gauge the range of rumors I want to ask you about

@Curiousguy833 Well i have run into Big king brown snakes.. Usually one a year..

The Crocodiles in Australia live in the northern half of the country and since i live in the South east we do not have them here.. Same with the buffalo they live in northern Australia as well..

White pointer sharks are in the south but if you stay out of the sea or swim at safe beaches ( ones patrolled ) your safe from them..

The wedge tailed eagles are mostly inland. I have seen them when ever i have traveled inland.. They are majestic creatures..

So what is a rumor you have heard about.. The two famous ""rumor"" beasts i know are talked about are "Drop bears" and "Yowies" is that what your trying to ask about?

@Adstar ... 🤦🏽 leave the country my friend. You literally just mentioned a few different places with genuine apex predators just.. ready for Kill people? Hahaha

That’s just too much for me! So you either have big balls or you know something about Australia that I don’t

@Curiousguy833 😊 Well thats the way life is.. If you grow up with such animals around you, you get used to them and it's like normal.. You know to leave those animals alone or take extra precautions when going near their territory..

The most dangrous animal in Australia for sure is the The Estuarine Crocodile in northern Australia.. Never go swimming in a river in northern Australia and especally never near the coast.. If you swim in the sea and a white pointer shark passes by he might decide to eat you or he might ignore you.. If you swim in a river or on a beach near a river in norrthern Australia a Crocodile WILL eat you for sure.. Some tourists have made this mistake.. It's hot up north and they see the beautiful water and think lets go for a swim.. 😱 and thats the end of them..

Of course most of our snakes are venemous and can kill.. But we are fortunate that we have developed Anti venoms that people can take to neutralize the venoms of these snakes... As long as you can get that treatment within an hour or so.. If you are too far away from a treatment centre well then thats bad luck for you.. 😖
