I need some advice with facebook/instagram advertising?

Q1/ when creating ads, should i advertise facebook post ad and click"run on instagram" as well or do both separate ads?

Q2/is it better putting the item description in the desc box or text on the image?

Q3/ shouls i advertise a post with 1 item (image) or is it better putting a couple of items to scroll through?
