Why do I always have to oppose people?

Everytime somebody says something I just have to oppose their point of view and come with an idea that counters theirs (even if I agree with them), and when they defend their position I end up pressing more until it becomes an argument. Even when somebody just says something positive, my first instinct is to point out the flaw.

Why do I do that? I realize that it's to my detriment, but could u speculate on what could be the root to this behaviour?

You are negative. It's hard for you to accept and let go things. You need to control your emotions. Learn meditation.

@littlepuppywantanewlife hm, I was never called negative before, but it's an interesting subject to ponder upon, since you can see only my thoughts through SW, or just this post alone. The rest I accepted as true.
@Dan193 you can yourself judge about negative and positive effects. It's just state of mind. once you start accepting things. It will start changing everything else too.

@littlepuppywantanewlife when I start accepting myself as negative? 😂 of course everything will start to change ...for the worse.
