Also he does not need to concede.

But he cannot lose an election by so much and sit there and expect to still do the job.

According to the Constitution, the candidate with the most electoral votes becomes president at noon on Jan 20.

All military, secret service, government bodies swear their allegiance to the Constitution of USA and will remove him from office

@BabyLonia Can't wait to see him marched out in handcuffs at noon 20/01/21 when he tries to tell Secret Service that he won and shouldn't be removed from the Oval Office!... Can you imagine?! 🤣
