Are you a good public speaker?

I know how to do a good speech but I am way too nervous.

I preach in my church from time to time. People tell me I'm good. I'm also a singer and sing solos. When I am "preforming" I get nervous about 30 minutes before and right after. Between those times I'm to busy to be nervous.
