Did Disney buy Fox?

I heard that Disney bought the Fox network. Does anyone know anything about this?

I think it was a subset; like they got the simpsons... or maybe just the movies? but not fox news. I think it happened so time back.

@stound yeah they got Simpsons too. Anything that's entertaining is now Disney
