He is not the only one.Britain has given refuge to lot of Indian scoundrels.I can commit any amount of crime in India and find safe haven in Britain, provided that I pay the British Govt some cash.So who really is ruling Britain, the people or some Corporation?. Oh, in case you dint know. He is the owner of Kingfisher beer, Kingfisher airlines and other stuff.

@jhontomreturns1 so he built a company that went bust and is now in Britain. Surely the Indian Government shouldn't have invested? Unless he was working for the Indian Government and has kept the money.

@TopCat Indian government never invests in private companies.Its against the law, unless its like a special purpose investment. Which is the case here.

@assemblingaknob It was a public listed company , was on the stock market, so the banks lent him money. He scooted after the company made huge losses.Without paying the debt.So, yeh the banks are taking the loss.Not saying he had acess to public stocks directly.

@assemblingaknob There is nothing to beleive actually. Just send money into some accounts after making a deal via electronic transfer. Bag them all. Lawmakers , judges. Everything is interconnected. You can see Pakistan Govt donations to British Lawmakers as party fund.Its on google. This was done by Pak to influence British opinion on Kashmir. The same rules apply here. The only difference is that Viay would have had more money than Pakistan.

@assemblingaknob Interpol cant arrest anyone if the Govt involved wont let Interpol arrest them. But now, its in the UK courts!!.Since this issue is becomign public and creating sortoff a bad image fo Britain, the courts are going against him is what i heard.
