its not what others think of you its what you think of yourself is all that matters ok ?

Unless you're trying to convince them of something, then it kinda matters what others think. Like if you want somebody to hire you. Just don't let what others think of you make you think less of yourself.

@midnightrose When a person hires someone they look at what skills the other person has to offer not what the person is like

@TJNewton They look at more than skills. They want to see how you work with people and they ask about things other than job skills (strengths and weaknesses). Work ethic has a lot to do with what a person is like.

But that was just one example not the point.
