My patient asked for Salmon cakes for lunch... I'm not too familar with them. Any tips?

I make them with 1 can of drained salmon, silvery skin scraped off, add 2 medium eggs, mashed potatoes, ginger, a couple tablespoons of minced onion, ginger powder, dry or fresh chopped parsley, salt & pepper, form into small round patties, roll in flour & fry
