My patient asked for Salmon cakes for lunch... I'm not too familar with them. Any tips?

All of the replies are good but I mash the bones and skin, into the mix, along with the broth. If not, one is missing out on more omega 3’s, minerals and nutrients. The bones are now so soft, you can’t even tell and adds to the flavor. Just the way I cook it.😋
