My patient asked for Salmon cakes for lunch... I'm not too familar with them. Any tips?

Can of pink salmon, red is better but stronger. Remove bones and skin. Hand mix in two slices of bread and add flour to get the right consistency to hold together when you make a patty. Little salt and pepper. Fry it. I was raised on these. Still the best.
