No, they are victims. Accomplices know what they're doing. Victims don't. The best way to describe those who elect corrupt politicians would be fooled, tricked, or deceived. All traits of a victim. Almost none of them are educated enough in politics to know what the hell they're voting for.

@WaterSpirit: It's their fault for playing a part in democracy? The system of their own country? That allowed and encouraged them to vote regardless of how much they knew? That's their fault?

@Conscience: nothing democratic left
SW-User
@WaterSpirit: It's still very democratic, or you wouldn't have voters to wrongly blame.

To be fair though, you could put any politician there and it would still ring true

So then who should I trust? :?

To be honest no one. Take multi sources from the most unbiased media ya can find and compare thoses is the best way and the only way

@WaterSpirit: PREACH!!!
Anyone who claims that Hillary is no worse than any other politician is not being honest. Do some research...people close to the Clintons die! Suicide with two bullets to the back of the head.

Hillary is in a class FAR above any other political crook we've had in our lifetime.

@O-sure: Well, those talks being sabotaged prolonged the Vietnam war by several years and thousands died over that time, so I am inclined to, yes. And who did she murder? Do you have evidence of this? If so, you could single-handedly win the election for Trump or any of the other candidates
@Kiwi-Dan: lol...oh boy. The ultimate Clintonian defense! (Did you know they now teach this tactic in college courses?) "You don't have a conviction or evidence that hasn't been found irrefutable, so...neener neener you're a weiner."
SW-User
@O-sure: I'm not trying to defend anyone. I genuinely don't know

Most politicians are corrupt.
It's one of the few careers open to corruptible people !
AlmightyLoad · 26-30
Every career has a degree of corruption
Picklebobble · 56-60, M
@WaterSpirit: But none to the same degree as politics.
Politicians SHOULD serve the concerns of their constituents.
But few do.
berangere · 80-89, F
I tend to agree with that, as people do know something about those they elect.
