Oftentimes there are reasons for mistrust, while it makes you look possessive and jealous. No two relationships are the same. But if my partner was speaking to others and was keeping it secret or the contents of the conversations secretive that's where I would draw the line. If I ask a question I deserve an answer as does he. If he spent his time talking to others and ignoring me there wouldn't be any lines. Nor anything left to discuss.
