How much of an age gap is ok?

Im married to someone 8.5 years younger!

Half your age +7 is the rule I always heard.

The French formula for men is half his age plus seven. If you’re 20, it’s 17. If he’s 30, it’s 22. If he’s 50, it’s 32.

I'm in a relationship with someone seven years older. I must now admt that it is too much. She is into early sixties and seventies genre and I am into later seventies and eighties. There is now a widening gap in our sex drive.
None of these are overwhelming.

My wife was the same age as me. We shared a lot of interests in movies, food, and music. I do wish that things hadn't gone do badly. Being sexually abused as a child by her brother she repressed it. It drove her mad and she left us for several years. There was no going back.

Kristin was four years younger but it was a good match. We knew a lot of the same people and her kids were a bit younger than my son. She unfortunately died at fourty nine of ovarian cancer.

I think 45 can be with 55
But like 19 with 29 is kinda weird
So idk it depends

I think the older you both are the less it matters.. However I have heard that more than 20 years can bring a generational void that becaomes too difficult to bridge.😷

Think about if you want to be hauling a wheelchair at 50 and changing diapers for countless years and you’ll have your answer.

I have more important things to worry about than what consenting adults do.

8-12 yrs is a good difference, women mature faster than men, so with that age gap both parties concerned should be close to the same page

You forgot one "Age doesn't matter" if both are consenting adults why would it matter? Unless there's a 50 year age disparity maybe but even then.
