You dont need to go to a gym if you have this.

you
wasting your time inviting kidney failure eating all that whey protein and comparing your muscles to others and end up looking like a gym toad, really physically fit people dont do that.Do Cardio and ressistance.Ressitance will develop all your muscles near the chest(side)and normal pushups will develop the front side, rest your crunches and leg ups will develop your six packs, pulls ups will give you a nice strng arm and overall strength, you can pull up in your home aswell. What more do you need?

Also, these are not the only positions this band allows, tie it to a post and you can pull on it like you would do gym cable.Maybe you wont get the same weight, but its sufficient ressistance to develop your muscle.Unless you want to something beyond a toned and attractive body, you mix all the above.

You do know that not everyone that goes to the gym lifts weights, has protein shakes and wants to look like Rambo right?

@EuphoricTurtle yeh.So, how does it negate my point. When you can do everything you do in a gym, back home. Its especially true if you dont want to look like Rambo.

@johntomSWPhd If you have a gym at home? Yes. Otherwise, no. I've had multiple injuries and no, I couldn't do my physical therapy exercises at home.

@EuphoricTurtle No need for a gym at home, you just need a bar to pull up, you can do cardio home, you can use ressistance bands for almost eveything the gym can offer.Unless, you are a weightlifter!! or someone who aspires to be "bigger". Well, yeh, you couldnt.Possibly because of reasons stated by Revenant or maybe there is not enough space.

@johntomSWPhd if you just want to do light exercise, yeah of course you can just do that. But if you had surgery on a knee and lost muscle mass you need to use equipment that can train specific muscles, otherwise if you just do bodyweight squats you're likely to injure yourself again. It has nothing to do with how motivated you are or how much space you have at home.

@EuphoricTurtle yours is a special medical case then.I feel its sufficient enough and ends up with better results also.

@johntomSWPhd you do you, and don't judge others without a clue what they need.

@EuphoricTurtle Its a general statement. Its not about judgement aswell. In management, there is a process called continous improvement. There are ways in which to improve performance of a particular "whatever" is being discussed.Suggestions are given and they are not based on anomalies or special cases. These arent judgements. And Whenever a suggestion is given you can reject it or take it.No ones is going to backtrack on a suggestion because of your opinion.

@johntomSWPhd don't confuse a messed up stereotype with a general statement.
