You dont need to go to a gym if you have this.

you wasting your time inviting kidney failure eating all that whey protein and comparing your muscles to others and end up looking like a gym toad, really physically fit people dont do that.Do Cardio and ressistance.Ressitance will develop all your muscles near the chest(side)and normal pushups will develop the front side, rest your crunches and leg ups will develop your six packs, pulls ups will give you a nice strng arm and overall strength, you can pull up in your home aswell.What more do you need?

Also, these are not the only positions this band allows, tie it to a post and you can pull on it like you would do gym cable.Maybe you wont get the same weight, but its sufficient ressistance to develop your muscle.Unless you want to something beyond a toned and attractive body, you mix all the above.
