Do you know a manipulator who tells tall tales and lies habitually about pointless things?

I've known a few people who seemed to like telling tall tales, and of whom I never felt like I could trust them entirely. If they were manipulative, it didn't work on me. They were all interesting people, just not ones you could rely upon.
