What's the "Community" category for in Questions?

I put most things that don't fall under a specific category under "Community" as in the "SW Community" and have never given it much thought til now.

I'm wondering what this category is really for...

I choose this cathegory when I want to ask a question related to SW.
Don't worry I sometimes don't know very well which category use.

I'm toying with the idea of putting everything under the NSFW category. I've always wondered if it gets people more attention or totally blocked ;)
