In a way there is already a Civil War. Trump's America vs Biden's Anti-America and Trump LOVES it. Truly, Trump is the only US President that is blatantly not interested in leading the entire country.

Not sure where the fascist tag comes from but it is a police state, you can be held indefinitely without trial and your communications are intercepted without due process. The political divide is so strongly felt that taking up arms isn't all that far fetched.

Not at all. Just sporadic acts of civilian disobedience. The military won’t subside to one state and fight another. And these “protestors” are too undisciplined and unorganized to merit a valid threat.
