As I mentioned in response to this question, my favorite temperature range is between 55F and 70F - with my choice of long or short sleeves depending where on that spectrum the temperature falls. Luckily my favorite shirt type, Rugby shirts, have elastic wrists and can serve both functions.
I live in the northern tip of Michigan. Even here, we get 80's and a few low 90's during the Summer - which to me sound like hell.
Your 51F to 68F range sounds wonderful. Where do you live that such that is your range? I am not interested in a city or an address, just a general descriptor such as Northern Minnesota, Eastern Oregon, Middle Colorado, etc.
