Dear Fat people...

GO VEGAN! All plant based, whole rich organic foods... No calorie restrictions, no limitations... It's basically the lifestyle that Humans are meant to be on.

Not at all accurate. humans were and are designed to be omnivorous. to eat and digest both meat and veggies.. it is this wide aspect diet that has furthered and advanced our intelligence and evolution. you really should learn the facts.. for your own good and health.

Tell that to your diseased heart, clogged arteries, and inflamed intestines, all illnesses coming from the consumption of meat. Clearly we are not meant to to eat it. I mean it's common sense, food shouldn't make you sick, eating a little bit of it, isn't go to help either. Btw just because you CAN eat cooked meat does not mean we are designed to..You wanna talk about omnivores, real omnivores don't cook their food. Humans do just so we won't get sick from it, but it never works does it?? Ever seen a Bear go on a diet? Eating all that animal fat, makes humans do that. Weight gain, Obesity, chronic illnesses, then death...It's the circle of death. BUT! We are designed to eat both meat and veggies, just shut up, I mean its physiologically proven that we are not meant to it. Our entire anatomy is completely different than REAL Omnivores, so just stop fooling yourself please its pretty pathetic.
