What's the use of crying?

It doesn't make anything better anyway.😢

It relieves Tension, Stress, and built up anguish from any trauma or mutilation you have experienced. I'm all cried out for now so I'm not crying. Naturally this will happen unless you experience Major Depressive disorder and any Anxiety disorders especially Social or Avoidance. Crying, vomiting, and sometimes very deep breaths will help you with the physical aspects of this but medication and cognitive behavioural therapy on a longer term basis will be the cure and recovery of these very serious conditions...You can definitely recover and rebuild your life at the same time, you may have relapses but you will recover.
