Is it too late to give my son up for adoption if he's almost 2?

Uh yes, it will effect him and you should probably get your tubes tied. I'm not being funny but your last post said you were pregnant...if you can't afford to raise a child and you are seriously considering giving up your two year old son then you need to use your damn head.
