Who can draw really well?

I’m looking for someone who can draw an image I have for a tattoo

just commission an actual artist. why should they do it for free?

Don't you want the actual tattoo artist to do the final drawing? If they're can't do that, would you trust it to get the actual tattoo right?

Hypothetically speaking, of course. I have no tattoos.
