I've become a bit out of shape since stopped going to gym. Started some bodyweight exercises a few weeks ago. Feeling much better now and starting to lose fat, which is great. I've been cutting down on fatty/sugary comfort food meantime as well. I think exercise has benefits for mental health too. Hope you continue to succeed with your plan.

@PhilDeep I find it easier to eat healthier foods if I'm on an exercise plan. They seems to go hand-in-hand.
