Do you want to gain weight?

@Losinghope I'm not a health professional, but it seems to me that the only healthy way to gain weight is through muscle mass. So maybe talk to your healthcare provider about doing that and your concerns. If you have good insurance they can refer you to a dietician that will help you with the appropriate foods to eat for that and you can find a trainer or program that will help you with the correct exercises.
