@Lizabee: Do you think the FBI should look at thousands of e-mails that could prove Clinton lied or should they just ignore them because she's running for president? The FBI said the case was closed unless anything else came to light, thousands of e-mails on Clinton's closest aid qualifies as more coming to light. If Comey ignored these and it came out after the election he could be impeached for covering it up.

@Lizabee: "Congress can also remove an FBI director by impeachment. Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution says that any civil officer can be removed if the Senate convicts him of "treason,bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors." A two-thirds vote is required for conviction.
