Depends on what exactly made me mad. I have 3 formulas for the 3 main situations that come to mind:
Sometimes, and often the best for me, the best is to discuss with the person pissing me off :v
It shouldn't be hard to explain what's WRONG unless I'm purely just going off of emotions and irrationality. I'd truly be unjust if I don't even explain or know why I believe what I believe and I'm getting offended? ๐ค
Other times, it might be because someone's attacking me or someone I love. I will have to take actions immediately :v
Other times, it's because I'm very disappointed in myself. I just have to figure out how to correct myself in the future ._.
That's the story of my life
