What’s the treatment for bloating 😞😞😞

I used to have bad stomach bloating none for years now.I used Bragg’s Apple cider vinegar one tablespoon (don’t forget to shake first) with one teaspoon of raw honey in 8oz glass of water.Mix well and drink with a straw.Rinse your mouth properly after drinking.,you don’t want sensitive gum,teeth.I drink two times a day sometimes one if lazy before meals.It will make your stomach flat like pancake too😅
