If money wasn't an issue, what would you make sure to have in your dream house?

Edit: I want my house to have secret passages EVERYWHERE and a high quality telescopes to view the galaxy!

I would love to live in a cabin in a wooded area near a fishing stream, have it off-grid completely including a hand water pump at the kitchen sink, an underground storm shelter, and a screened in back porch to sleep out in when the weather was nice.

And the spring would need wild watercress growing in it!

@PaperSnowflake: yeah, all of that...I've always wanted to try watercress, that stuff has Omega-3 fatty acids in it...very healthy. I'd also have raised beds for herbs of all kinds, they are easy to grow and would be good to have fresh spearmint for tea, herbs to cook with and for medicine.
