Are you struggling to cope with your past ?

It's taking a long time, but that's OK and I feel like I'm finally starting to change for the better. 💗

sometimes 👀 but I am what I am and I’ve done what I’ve done and there’s nothing I can do about those now. which is how I wish I felt all the time but sadly not 😅

Yes. Most people cannot begin to understand where I've been. It makes me feel lonely. I have lived a lot of my life in fear of being a torture, rape or murder victim due to my past and family background. Now I just wish they'd kill me and solve my old age care problems! But if they haven't killed me so far, they probably won't.

Im struggling with my pasts impact on my future thinking

Every day. I mostly hate myself for what I’ve done.

There are parts of my past I wish I could re-do, especially with how I treated the people around me. I was a drunken moron for far too long, and a self-centered one at that.

My past is past, and I can't change that. At least I know that what I struggle with today, might actually make for a better tomorrow.

With some bits of it, yeah.
