I'm on Humira, which has the lovely side effects of constant flu-like symptoms and increased risk for tuberculosis and cancer, and then I'm on a low-dose blood pressure med which is part of what's keeping my blood pressure in check. I don't think it has too many side effects, which is nice. :)
I also smoke/consume a lot of cannabis, which is what I use to keep my chronic pain and anxiety in check. It also is the only thing that effectively regulates my heart beat. :3 And the side effects are that, depending on the strain, it might spike my anxiety a bit, or cause some pretty serious munchies. Those are the strains I tend to avoid. :)
