Have you learnt to take care of yourself ?

Still doing efforts, but I guess it's human to get hurt feelings at times, as feeling sadness.
Since I was a kid.

Have I ever!
I mean... I can cook enough to not starve. I can take care of upt to moderate injury with field medic tactics. so.... at least a c+ for the class?

To a point, yes. I can't get down in the elevator with trash bags or recycling because I use a walker. I found David, who willingly takes these out if I tie the bags up and place them outside my door. He also waits with me when my groceries are due to delivered and gets me on the elevator with my cart, then takes the stairs and meets me at my front door. From there, I can manage fine.

Thank you, God, for David and his helpfulness.
